The word “you” herein shall be construed accordingly to mean the Relevant Individuals.

This Privacy Notice relates to the personal data that ReGen TCM collects about you in relation to the medical, Traditional Chinese Medicine, wellness, healthcare, consultation, treatment, product, or related services that you have requested or are about to request from us (“Services”). At ReGen TCM, keeping your personal data confidential, secure, and protected is our priority.

In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the rules and regulations prescribed thereunder from time to time (“Act”), this Privacy Notice is issued to inform you that your Personal Data may be processed by or on behalf of ReGen TCM, and to make you aware of your rights in respect of such data.

1. Your Consent

By:

1. engaging ReGen TCM to provide the Services;
2. communicating or interacting with us;
3. entering into any transactions or dealings with ReGen TCM;
4. accessing or browsing the website of ReGen TCM; or
5. visiting our clinic, office, events, promotions, or other activities organised by ReGen TCM,

you consent to the processing of your Personal Data by or on behalf of ReGen TCM in connection with the provision of the Services. The term “processing” shall have the meaning as prescribed in the Act.

2. Personal Data

Personal Data shall have the meaning as prescribed in the Act and may include information about you, such as:

1. name, NRIC/passport number, age, and date of birth;
2. nationality, race, and gender;
3. contact details including address, telephone number, mobile number, and email address;
4. occupation or employment details including company name, address, position, and income range;
5. financial and payment information where required;
6. medical, health, treatment, consultation, and wellness-related information;
7. information relating to your spouse, family members, or dependants where applicable; and
8. any other information which may be collected, stored, used, and processed by ReGen TCM from time to time.

In respect of personal data of third parties such as your spouse, family members, or dependants, you warrant that you have obtained their consent allowing us to process their personal data and that you will extend a copy of this Privacy Notice to them.

1. we may charge a prescribed fee for processing your request for access or correction; and
2. we may refuse to comply with your request where permitted under the Act, and if we refuse, we will inform you of the reason for such refusal.

While we maintain strict confidentiality over your Personal Data, we may disclose your Personal Data to third parties within or outside Malaysia where necessary, including:

1. information technology and data service providers;
2. storage facility providers;
3. payment processors, banks, financial institutions, and insurance providers;

7. Right to Limit Processing of Personal Data

Subject to the Act and any applicable legal restrictions, you may at any time limit the processing of your Personal Data, including the extent of the Personal Data and/or the purpose for which it is being processed, by giving notice in writing to ReGen TCM at the address stated in Section 5 above.

8. Consequences of Failing to Supply Personal Data

All Personal Data supplied by you is voluntary. You may withdraw your consent to ReGen TCM processing your Personal Data. However, if you do not provide or do not consent to the processing of your Personal Data, ReGen TCM may not be able to:

1. provide you with the Services you require;
2. communicate with you;
3. process appointments, registrations, payments, or transactions;
4. prepare relevant documents or records for you;
5. effectively carry out your instructions; and/or
6. perform or achieve the purposes set out in Section 3 above.

9. Transfer of Personal Data

As ReGen TCM’s information technology storage facilities, systems, or servers may be located in jurisdictions outside Malaysia, your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored, used, and processed in a jurisdiction other than Malaysia. You hereby consent to the transfer of your Personal Data outside Malaysia where required for the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice and as permitted under the Act.

10. Modifications

ReGen TCM may modify, update, or amend this Privacy Notice from time to time without prior notice by placing the updated Privacy Notice on our website. Your continued use of ReGen TCM’s services or continued interaction with ReGen TCM following such modifications shall signify your acceptance of the updated Privacy Notice.

11. Third Party Personal Data

Where you provide personal data of third parties to us, you agree to use your best endeavours to obtain their consent for the processing of their personal data by ReGen TCM in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

12. Language

This Privacy Notice is issued in English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of any conflict between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version, the English version shall prevail.
