How do I make an appointment?

Booking an appointment at ReGen TCM Centre is quick and convenient. You can make an appointment via our appointment form by completing all the required information. To minimise waiting time and secure your preferred consultation slot, we recommend making an appointment at least one day in advance.

Yes. ReGen TCM Centre welcomes walk-in patients during our operating hours.

However, appointments are prioritised, especially during weekends and peak consultation hours. As our practitioners may be attending scheduled consultations or treatments, walk-in patients may experience longer waiting times depending on practitioner availability.

For a smoother experience, we recommend booking an appointment with us at least ONE(1) day in advance before your visit. This allows us to prepare for your consultation and ensure you receive timely care.

If you need to change your appointment, simply contact our team as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp.

We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred alternative date and time. Early notification also allows us to offer the appointment slot to other patients who may be waiting for treatment.

We recommend arriving approximately 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

This gives you sufficient time to complete any necessary registration forms and allows our team to review your medical history before your consultation begins. Arriving early also helps ensure your appointment starts on time.

For your first consultation, please bring any relevant medical records, laboratory reports, imaging scans, discharge summaries if available.

If you are currently taking prescription medications, supplements, or herbal products, it is helpful to bring them along or prepare a list of what you are taking. This allows our practitioners to better understand your health condition and recommend a personalised treatment plan.

We also recommend wearing comfortable clothing, particularly if your consultation may include TCM external treatments.

No. A doctor’s referral is not required to visit ReGen TCM Centre.

You may book a consultation directly with our practitioners. However, if you have previously consulted another healthcare professional or undergone medical investigations, bringing your medical reports can help us gain a more complete understanding of your condition.

We believe in providing patient-centred care and, when appropriate, our practitioners may work alongside your existing healthcare providers to support your overall wellbeing.

Yes. If you have a preferred TCM practitioner, simply let us know when making your appointment.

Our team will arrange your consultation based on the practitioner’s availability. If you are visiting us for the first time and are unsure whom to consult, we will recommend a practitioner according to your symptoms, health goals, and treatment needs.

You can speak to us at the general hotline +6011 1088 9066 and we will advise you accordingly. Alternatively, you can complete the enquiry form. We will respond to your query within ONE(1) working day.

Treatments & Services

What TCM services do you offer?

ReGen TCM Centre provides a comprehensive range of Traditional Chinese Medicine services, including acupuncture, electroacupuncture, cupping therapy, Tuina therapeutic massage, moxibustion, Gua Sha, Chinese herbal medicine, and rehabilitation-focused TCM treatments.

Depending on your health condition, our practitioners may recommend a combination of therapies to support your recovery and long-term wellbeing.

The most suitable treatment depends on your individual health condition, symptoms, medical history, and overall health goals.

During your first consultation, our practitioner will conduct a comprehensive assessment that may include discussing your symptoms, reviewing your medical history, and performing traditional diagnostic methods such as tongue and pulse assessment. Based on these findings, a personalised treatment plan will be recommended.

Yes. Many patients receive a combination of treatments during a single visit.

For example, your practitioner may recommend acupuncture together with cupping therapy, or herbal medicine, depending on your condition. Combining therapies can often provide a more comprehensive treatment approach, although every recommendation is tailored to the individual patient.

The number of treatment sessions varies depending on your condition, its severity, how long you have experienced the symptoms, and how your body responds to treatment.

Some patients notice improvements after only a few sessions, while chronic or complex conditions may require a longer treatment plan. Your practitioner will discuss the expected treatment frequency and review your progress throughout your care.

Yes. Traditional Chinese Medicine may be suitable for children in certain situations. Our practitioners will assess each child’s age, health condition, and individual needs before recommending an appropriate treatment approach.

Parents are encouraged to discuss any concerns during the consultation so that a safe and personalised treatment plan can be developed.

Yes. Many older adults seek Traditional Chinese Medicine to support mobility, joint health, pain management, digestive health, sleep quality, and overall wellbeing.

Our practitioners carefully consider each patient’s medical history, medications, and overall health status before recommending treatment to ensure that care is appropriate and personalised.

Certain Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments may be appropriate during pregnancy, while others may not be recommended depending on the stage of pregnancy and the individual’s health condition.

If you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy, please inform your practitioner during your consultation so that a treatment plan can be carefully tailored with your safety in mind.
